Common questions
How do the Venmo payouts work?
No app can send Venmo payments on your behalf, so Rounder pre-fills the payment
(recipient, amount, and a note) and opens Venmo. You tap "Pay" inside Venmo to
confirm, and you're always in control of the final send.
Where is my data stored? Do you collect anything?
Everything stays on your device. Rounder has no account and no server, so player
names, Venmo handles, and game history never leave your phone.
The chip counts don't add up to the pot.
That's a miscount, and the end-of-night report flags it. You can either go back and
re-enter a chip count, or use the toggle on the report to absorb the difference across
the winners, the chip holders, or everyone, so the books balance.
Can I reuse players between games?
Yes. Save a player once, add their Venmo handle, and they're one tap to add (and one
tap to pay) in every future game.
